A Project for World Peace  

We are delighted to be  in discussion with Lama Zopa Rinpoche and are actively engaged "revisioning" the 100,000 Stupa Project so that we can build stupas on our land to benefit "as quickly as possible."

Rinpoche checked with Khadro la on the type which will be most beneficial, and she has responded that the best stupa for our site is one based on the 1000 Buddha Temple in Katmandu (pictured above). This central Stupa will be 53 feet tall and will have 4 similar stupas around it, like in Rinpoche’s drawing. Surrounding these 5 main stupas will be a glorious stupa garden with 99,995 other stupas. Rinpoche recommends 3 sizes for the other stupas so that people can choose according to their means for sponsorship. There will be stupas for humans and pets in this beautiful garden featuring native garden landscaping, pathways and water elements.
